Through this structure we aim to keep the Coalition as open for new partners as possible. The structure has four elements:

Manifesto about the Basic Patterns of Values
All our actions shall be based on common values which the members of the coalition will concentrate in a value manifesto. It might make sense to use internationally accepted value manifests as basis. Earth Charter Inter Action Council (link to text on values)

Platform Manifesto
Similar to the configuration of the Cluetrain Manifesto of 1999, we could develop a manifesto for our platform.

Board of Coordinators
Out of the members of the coalition, a "board of about 5 coordinators" shall be elected to oversee the platform and decide according to the Manifest of Values and Manifesto of Process. It will be elected on a yearly basis.

Wisdom Keepers The Members of the Coalition elect an internationally accepted council of wisdom keepers (Integrity Council) who will serve as ombudsmen if called upon by the Board of Coordinators or any of the members of the Coalition. HRH Prince el Hassan bin Talal accepted to chair that Council for the Founding process.
